A lovely blue sky!

blue skyLooking out the window, it looks dull and gloomy outside and it is making me feel rather low.

I have decided to post this photograph of a lovely blue sky.

So Mr. Weatherman, you can do your worst for my sky will still be blue whatever you do!

A peaceful ride

A peaceful rideI had to drive into town during the morning rush the other day.??I had not done that in a while and it reminded me exactly why it is called “the rush hour”!

I took this photography in Tunisia a few years ago. I actually remembered the photograph during my hassled drive this morning.

The swans

The swansThis is a photograph I took exactly 3 years ago.

A few weeks earlier, an out of control dog had attacked and sadly killed the cob from this family.

The family were slowly beginning to gain trust in people again and they would now come up to the edge of the pond, but were still very wary of any sudden movements.

Web developer

The trap is setI am searching for a job at the moment and couldn???t help that caption : – )

I usually do not like spiders but I have to admire their great engineering skills in creating their webs.

This particular spider has set up camp outside my house and its web creation reminds me of this Ferris wheel I posted a couple of days ago.

The great skittle shoot

A load of skittles just sitting thereI was speaking to my friend yesterday and she told me that she had noticed a significant improvement in her hay fever symptoms after she cut out ???E??? numbers from her diet.I have decided to try this out myself. I started to clear out my secret stashes of goodies this morning and took this photo of some skittles I had hidden away. I am really going to miss them!

Fairground

The giant Ferris wheel at the Christmas fairThis is a section of a giant Ferris wheel that was at the London Christmas fair last year.

I can admit that I was not brave enough to have a ride.

It is another photograph I found during the ???photograph housekeeping??? exercise I have been doing of late.

Fish

FishOn a visit to the London Aquarium last month, I took this photograph of a fish.At first the fish kept moving around. I finally figured out where I was going wrong. I had politely asked the fish to “stand still”. Of course fish don’t stand, do they?

When I asked, politely of course, for it to “swin still”, it kindly obliged.

The neon sign

Neon signThis is a picture I took a while back with a lens I had just bought.

Remembering how pleased I was with my new toy makes me smile now.

I took it from the inside of the window.
