My photographs are records of moments in time that I have captured in our ever moving and changing world. Some are momentous while others are just whimsical shots of things that have caught my eye. Although I use digital cameras, I work as though I were using film; I rarely use post production other than adjusting light, colour and framing. I pride myself on being able to fully capture the moment at the point of shooting. Enjoy.

Victoria Tower, Westminster

I took this photo lying on a grass verge opposite Abingdon Street. I absolutely love the colours and blue sky in the background.

A lovely blue sky!

Looking out the window, it looks dull and gloomy outside and it is making me feel rather low. I have decided to post this photograph of a lovely blue sky. So Mr. Weatherman, you can do your worst for my sky will still be blue whatever you do!

A peaceful ride

I had to drive into town during the morning rush the other day.??I had not done that in a while and it reminded me exactly why it is called “the rush hour”! I took this photography in Tunisia a few years ago. I actually remembered the photograph during my hassled drive this morning.

The swans

This is a photograph I took exactly 3 years ago. A few weeks earlier, an out of control dog had attacked and sadly killed the cob from this family. The family were slowly beginning to gain trust in people again and they would now come up to the edge of the pond, but were still [...]

I am searching for a job at the moment and couldn???t help that caption : – ) I usually do not like spiders but I have to admire their great engineering skills in creating their webs. This particular spider has set up camp outside my house and its web creation reminds me of this Ferris [...]
